This privacy policy will help describe the privacy practices of iTrials Inc. and help you understand how we use and protect the data you provide to us when you visit our website [www.itrials.ai] and use our products (collectively, the “Service”).


iTrials is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of personal data collected or processed during its business operations.


iTrials provides an Intelligent Patient Recruitment platform for Clinical trials to business customers. This Privacy Policy does not apply to personal information that we handle on behalf of our business customers while providing our services to them. Our use of such information is restricted by our agreements with those business customers.

Personal Information Collection

Personal information is the Information you provide to us. We may collect personal information through the Service or otherwise, such as first and last name, address, email, phone number, job title, billing and mailing addresses, and company name.


Communications that we exchange with you, including when you contact us with questions or feedback, through the Service, social media, or otherwise.


Marketing data, such as your preferences for receiving our marketing communications and details about your engagement with them.
