About iTrials

Built to help life-saving treatments reach patients sooner

iTrials was founded on a simple belief; medical breakthroughs only matter when they reach the people who need them.

Our Purpose

Turning fragmented data into
patient-centered action

Turning fragmented data into patient-centered action

Behind every delayed trial is a patient waiting for an answer. Clinical research today is slowed not by a lack of innovation, but by the difficulty of translating complex protocols and fragmented medical data into clear action. Records live across systems. Eligibility criteria are buried in dense documents. Coordinators are overwhelmed by manual review.

The result is not just operational strain, it’s lost opportunity for patients who may qualify but are never identified. iTrials was created to change that. We believe clinical data should work in service of patients, not against the teams trying to help them.

Our Story

Two worlds. One mission.

iTrials was born at the intersection of clinical research and advanced technology, shaped by a simple but urgent realization: the most important data in healthcare is often the hardest to use.

Years spent close to the realities of patient research revealed a system strained by complex protocols, fragmented records, and administrative overload. At the same time, experience in building scalable enterprise platforms showed what was possible when data flows intelligently and securely.

Our Team

The people behind the work

iTrials is built by a team that understands both the clinical realities of research and the technical demands of modern data systems. We bring together clinicians, engineers who share a common goal: to make clinical research more precise, more efficient, and more patient-centered.

Clinical Expertise

Our clinical team brings firsthand experience from research sites and academic institutions. They understand the operational pressures of screening, feasibility assessments, and patient engagement and ensure our solutions reflect real-world workflows.

Engineering & AI Research

Our engineering team specializes in scalable systems, data architecture, and intelligent reasoning frameworks. Their focus is building technology that interprets complexity responsibly and performs reliably in regulated healthcare environments.

Data Science & Interoperability

We work across structured and unstructured data sources, leveraging modern interoperability standards to ensure secure and meaningful integration with clinical systems.

Healthcare Operations & Strategy

Our operational advisors and partners help align our technology with sponsor, CRO, and site-level priorities ensuring iTrials remains grounded in the realities of clinical execution.
